An inspection doesn’t end with just a report — it’s about making sure your pallet racking is safe, compliant, and ready to keep working for you. Here’s what happens next once your inspection is complete:

If Everything is Fine

If your racking passes the inspection with no issues, you’ll receive a Certificate of Compliance. This confirms your system is safe, compliant with Australian Standards, and ready for use.

If Repairs Are Required

If the inspection finds areas that don’t meet the standards, these repairs will be clearly detailed in your report. These need to be actioned and rectified before your racking can be considered compliant.

How Repairs Are Handled

  • We Can Help: If you choose us to carry out the repairs, once the work is complete your system is considered compliant — and no follow-up inspection is required.

  • You or Another Contractor: If you handle the repairs yourself or engage another contractor, a follow-up inspection will be required (additional fees apply) before a Certificate of Compliance can be issued. This ensures all work has been completed to the correct standard.

Why This Matters

A Certificate of Compliance isn’t just paperwork — it’s proof that your racking is safe, legal, and protecting your staff, stock, and business. Making sure all repairs are done correctly is the final step in keeping your warehouse running safely and smoothly.
